HUNDLEY, HUNLEY, HUNLY, NORTON posted by Ann Grubb on Wednesday, August 18, 2004

Seeking data on Jordan and Martha Elizabeth (NORTON) HUNDLEY/HUNLEY/HUNLY. This couple is said to have been married in Rockcastle county, KY in 1864 (would like to have the Marriage Book number and page number). Martha Elizabeth died in Christian Co., IL 05 June 1901 in the community of Palmer. I have no children for this marriage, no burial place for Martha Elizabeth. Jordan married again in Claiborne County, TN and is buried with his second wife in Tennessee. Any additional help or documentation to some of this would be greatly appreciated. I found the Jordan Hundley family in Christian County through 1910. I haven't been able to locate them for 1920, but he died in '27 and is buried back in east TN, so they could have been somewhere between.
